The contract documents, as well as the privacy and consumer information, are based on the law of the Federal Republic of Germany and the applicable legal provisions of the European Union. Clients residing outside Germany should, where necessary, inform themselves about the national regulations applicable to them.
The German version of all documents is legally binding. Translations into English and Russian are provided for ease of understanding only.
For better readability, I use the masculine grammatical form on this website and in the documents provided. References to persons apply equally to all genders. In personal contact, I naturally address you according to your preferred form of address.

For contracts concluded online, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. Here you can find out how to exercise this right and what you need to bear in mind.
If counselling begins with your explicit consent before the end of this 14-day period, your right of withdrawal may expire prematurely as a result.

The counselling contract contains all essential information on services, fees, online counselling, data protection, confidentiality and the right of withdrawal, as well as – if desired – on the early commencement of counselling and the voluntary use of WhatsApp. Please read the contract carefully, confirm the relevant declarations by ticking the boxes, sign the contract, and send me the last page before your first paid session as a photo or scan by e-mail.
Every counselling relationship is based on a contract that sets out the services, fees, scheduling arrangements and other framework conditions of our collaboration.
The contractual documents are available in German, English and Russian. The language of the contract is German. The German version is legally binding. The English and Russian versions are provided for information and better understanding only. The contract is signed in German.
All content discussed during counselling is treated confidentially. It is generally not disclosed to third parties.
Disclosure is only considered in the following cases:
In the latter two cases, disclosure is limited to what is legally necessary.
Should I be summoned to testify as a witness in court, I am generally obliged to do so.
