AI is changing work and private life at a fast pace. Add to this personal changes and the challenges of a changing world. I help people find orientation, develop new perspectives and follow their own path. I combine professional experience, expertise and life experience, and I accept people as they are.
For more than 20 years, I worked for global tech companies in an international role as a Senior Manager. I introduced and managed new technologies and processes for teams worldwide, led a team, worked as a mentor and observed how people react to technological change: those who see the benefit for their own work accept new things and have a better chance of keeping their job. Those who feel unsure tend to look for reasons against it and risk falling behind.
I have trained as an AI Consultant (Future of Work). My focus is on how AI is changing job application processes and career paths, and how it affects the way employees work. My knowledge of AI helps me put it into context, at work and in private life, and see the risks as well as the benefits. I have a university degree in education and am a trained psychological counsellor. This helps me recognise hidden motives behind difficulties. I am also familiar with the stages people go through in times of change.
I started a new life in another country myself and established myself in new jobs. With a degree in education from a language university, I built a career in Global Marketing Operations. These experiences are part of my counselling.
